Some of the BEST food my husband and I have had in West Virginia! We got take out dinner and enjoyed every item. The ladies at the front were super kind and waited for me to get their to pour the soup so that it was still piping. Their tomato basil bisque is so dang good, and the crusty bread it comes with plus the infused oil is addictive! I got the red Thai curry bowl and it was so bright and refreshing. My husband got their bacon chevre burger and ate it all - he's not usually a goat cheese fan but loved how it paired with the burger and the pickled peppers! The truffle smashed potato it came with looked so good. Can't wait to visit Lewisburg again so we can eat at Stardust Cafe!
This is another great coffee joint in Lewisburg that I found very comforting to go, have a coffee, and read "Lord of the Rings". I really like the old style they got going on with the tables, chairs, and the interior in general. I recently had lunch there and it was great! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with tortilla chips, and I had a glass of wine too. The experience was pleasant as it went along with the small coffee shop atmosphere. One complication I find though is that the alcoholic drinks are listed, but you can't find a pricing for them. Not even on the website. Its complicating to decide whether or not to have an alcoholic drink when you're trying to budget yourself. It would just be helpful to know how much a glass of wine is before I consider having one. I would eat here again for the nice atmosphere, service, and food. Overall, this is a nice place to go for lunch or a morning coffee.
Located in a relatively small, beautiful town, the stardust cafe definitely stands out as one of the best cafes. Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly. The food had a really unique and good taste. The atmosphere was really amazing, the way they serve, the food, the vibe and everything about this spot is perfect. Just loved the experience
For a day trip lunch this place was great! Small, quaint cafe with wine beer and the best BLT and Welshman paninis I've had in a long time. And the peanut butter bar takes me back to school days. We will be back.
We were walking downtown in Lewisburg WV and came across this restaurant. People were coming out saying how delicious it was so we decided to try it. First, when you walk in you find the cutest little restaurant. We picked a table and the waitress immediately followed with the menu’s. We asked for a few suggestions and everything was perfect. We both got the Tomato basil soup!!! It was so good. It comes in a bowl with a little piece of bread. Then I got the BLT with a fried egg with Pasta salad. I really have not eaten a BLT in years and this sandwich with the egg was amazing. My hubby got the Pesto Burger with fried egg and his plates was whipped clean . The table top was a door under the glass. They also put water in wine bottles. You really could not get a cuter place with excellent food. If we were locals, we would be regulars. Delish!!!
our server was paige and she was the BEST 3 i got the “trust me” salad and it was so fresh and amazing. we had such a lovely afternoon lunch here :)
My wife and I dined here, and it was absolutely phenomenal. We started with an appetizer, followed by pasta and the chicken curry dish. Every single item was incredibly flavorful and delicious. I was initially hesitant to try the chicken curry, but our waitress recommended it, and she couldn’t have been more right—it was fantastic. To end the meal, we had creme brulee, which was perfectly balanced with its crunchy caramelized sugar topping and smooth, creamy vanilla custard. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and we can’t wait to return!
Just a simple burger became a royal treat! Seasoned perfectly and dressed with delicious pesto mayo, this burger was piled high with great meat, fresh lettuce and a tomato that actually tasted like a tomato! Staff was friendly and attentive and we loved the a-door-able tables! Even the canned music was fun. Definitely recommend!
